Open Knowledge Finland ry’s statutory Autumn General Meeting will deal with statutory matters. Participation is possible either in person or online. No other matters have been proposed by the membership for the meeting.
The AvoinGLAM Annual Meeting will be held before the OKFI Autumn General Meeting. Members are welcome to attend both.
The meetings will be held as part of the OKFI Winter Festival, organized in collaboration with the Open Science and Research Winter Conference 2025 and Knowledge Rights 21.
OKFI Autumn General Meeting
The OKFI Autumn General Meeting will discuss matters relating to the next financial year
- confirm the action plan, budget, membership fee categories, and the amounts of the admission and membership fees
- elect the chairperson and other members of the board
- elect one or two auditors and deputy auditors and, optionally, one or two performance auditors and deputy performance auditors
Note: The budget presented is based on current information. If there are changes to the budget before the Autumn General Meeting, the version will be updated and the updated version will be discussed at the meeting.
Register for the meetings
- You can use the form to register for meetings and to stand as a candidate for either the OKFI board or the AvoinGLAM steering group. Please note that you can only vote or stand as a candidate for the OKFI board or the AvoinGLAM steering group if you have been approved as a member of the association and have paid your membership fee. Community members do not have voting rights.
- Admission to the Winter Festival program is free, and no registration is required. If you wish, you can inform us of any special dietary requirements so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
- You can also use the form to express your organization’s interest in joining the Open Knowledge Advocacy Network.
AvoinGLAM Annual Meeting
The AvoinGLAM annual meeting will be held before the OKFI autumn meeting at 3:00–3:30 p.m. at URBAN3 and online.
The agenda is open for comments online at AvoinGLAM Annual Meeting 2025.
The following matters will be discussed at the meeting
- Confirm the action plan and budget
- Confirm revisions to the OpenGLAM Charter
- Selecting the members of the steering group
Winter Festival
