We welcome all OKFIans to the 2021 OKFI DAY – hopefully live, face 2 face, in 3D at our mostly unused offices in Urban3, part or Maria01, in Lapinlahdenkatu 16, Helsinki. Online participation is also possible!
Schedule:
12.00-13.30: Workshops at Urban3. Topics are worked out beforehand, but range at least to plans for 2022, strategic goals, and other relevant topics in Finnish open society. Open for all interested people!
14:00-15:00: Annual Autumn General Meeting (Yhdistyksen syyskokous), members only. At Urban3 and online. Decisions on 2022 action plan, budget, and board composition.
16:00: Social event somewhere in Helsinki
Face to face meeting depends on the covid-19 situation – we may have to move to a fully online event depending on how things develop.
