Avoimen tiedon kustannustehokas hyödyntäminen -hanke etsii keinoja siihen, miten avoimen datan ja keskeisten julkisen hallinnon perustietovarantojen tietojen hyödyntämistä ja vaikuttavuutta edistetään kustannustehokkaasti.
