Welcome to Open Knowledge Finland Autumn General Meeting 2 December 2024!

Open Knowledge Finland’s regular Autumn General Meeting will be held as part of the OKFI Winter Festival. Participation is possible on-site in URBAN3 at Maria01 in Helsinki or online. The meeting will cover the regular agenda. No other matters were brought before the meeting by the membership.
The autumn meeting will focus on business for the next fiscal year:
- adoption of the action plan, the budget, the categories of membership fees, and the amounts of joining and membership fees
- election of the chairperson and other members of the board
- election of one or two auditors and deputy auditors, and optional one or two layman auditors and deputy layman auditors

Note: The budget presented is based on current data. If there are any changes to the budget before the annual meeting, an updated version will be available on this page and will be discussed at the meeting.
Run for the OKFI Board!
Remember that you can only vote or stand for the OKFI Board or the OpenGLAM Steering Group if you have been accepted as a member of the association and have paid your membership fee. A supporting member does not have the right to vote.
The AvoinGLAM Annual Meeting will take place before the OKFI Autumn General Meeting at 3 pm. After the OKFI Autumn General Meeting, you are invited to attend Creative Commons Finland Reboot or MyData Meetup at 5pm and the Winter Festival starting at 6pm.
